Health and Fitness..do you exercise and play sport at home? what ...

well to be honest i don't exercise much at all, but i really think i should try to exercise more, go to the gym at least once a week or something, not to lose weight, i already can't afford anymore weight loss :P , but to keep in shape, exercising is good for the general health, as well as it goes along way in relieving stress, and reducing tension,as well as finding an outlet for alot of suppressed energy, exercising also promotes good sleep, and increases tolerance, as from the perspective of a medical student (me:P) regular exercising lowers the risk of stroke, hypertension, heart attack, diabetes, osteoporosis, obesity, depression, peripheral vascular disease and more than 10 kinds of cancer aerobic exercises lowers blood pressure in people who suffer from hypertension?..so yes exercising should be a daily routine, or at least weekly, and thanks for your exercising advice, maybe i will start again, do some sit ups or push ups at home, or go to the gym to work on the treadmill, or do some aerobics, i just have to find some free time ?.thx again :) ) 1 year ago 2 people rated this as good Wonderful answer
